TechnipFMC to supply flexible pipe for Azule Energy project offshore Angola

TechnipFMC has received an award by Azule Energy, a bp and Eni company, to supply flexible pipe for its Ndungu project offshore Angola.

Angola’s offshore and onshore oil producing and exploration locations are segregated into defined areas or licensed blocks. Azule Energy's operations are located in 20 blocks, both offshore and onshore. Azule directly operates eight of these blocks.
The Ndungu project will tie into Block 15/06 West Hub, where TechnipFMC was recently awarded a flexible pipe contract. Through this extension, the company was able to provide a way to allow Azule to maintain schedule and achieve efficiencies.
TechnipFMC says the award is worth between $75 million and $250 million.
