Offshore magazine first published in 1954. Endeavor Business Media acquired a number of the former PennWell Corp. media properties, including Offshore and sister publication Oil & Gas Journal, from Clarion Events in 2019.

With more than 30,000 qualified subscribers, Offshore magazine is published six times per year in a digital format.
