AGR to devise Goliat maintenance plan

Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) has contracted AGR Field Operations to provide maintenance, engineering, and inspection planning services for the Goliat FPSO, currently under construction in South Korea.

STRAUME, Norway -- Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) has contracted AGR Field Operations to provide maintenance, engineering, and inspection planning services for the Goliat FPSO, currently under construction in South Korea.

These services will be supplied as part of the HHI’s EPCI delivery to ENI Norge, operator of the Goliat project in the Norwegian Barents Sea.

AGR’s scope of work includes providing a criticality-based maintenance program compliant with Petroleum’s Safety Authority (PSA) Norway’s regulations. It will also formulate plans for availability analysis, risk-based inspections, and inspection planning for the FPSO. The company’s Norwegian and Australian organizations will participate in this program over the next two years.
