Vår Energi and its partners have drilled a dry well on the Kokopelli prospect, south of the Sleipner area. The well was drilled using the COSL Pioneer rig.
In the Norwegian North Sea, Vår Energi’s exploration well on the Kokopelli prospect, south of Sleipner, was a dry hole, according to the Norwegian Offshore Directorate.
The semisub COSL Pioneer drilled well 7/1-4 S in production licence 1190, which was awarded in 2021. Two previous wildcat wells were also dry.
