CALGARY, Canada – Canadian Natural Resources expects to start decommissioning and abandonment of the Ninian North platform in the UK northern North Sea next month.
During 1Q, the company’s North Sea field operations included drilling of an injector well and completing a new producer.
Its current net production from the drilling program is strong, averaging around 3,500 b/d.
