HOUSTON– Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc. has issued an update on its drilling rig fleet.
The semisubmersible drilling rigOcean Victory has been cold stacked in the US Gulf of Mexico.
Azinor Catalyst has contracted the semisub Ocean Guardian for one well in the UK North Sea. Drilling is expected to begin early next month.
Decipher has also contracted the Ocean Guardian for one well in the UK North Sea. The contract term is estimated to start in mid-February 2018 and end in mid-May 2018.
The drilling contractor has listed as held for sale the semisubmersiblesOcean Nomad, Ocean Princess, Ocean Vanguard, Ocean Alliance, and Ocean Baroness.
