Vryhof details latest offshore contract awards

Vryhof subsidiaries have won multiple contracts for offshore oil and gas programs in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region.

SCHIEDAM, the Netherlands – Vryhof subsidiaries have won multiple contracts for offshore oil and gas programs in Europe and the Asia/Pacific region.

Deep Sea Mooring (DSM) has the following assignments:

• Supply of pre-lay and rig move equipment and services to Saipem Indonesia to support Eni’s development of theMerakes and Jangkrik gas fields offshore Indonesia. A minimum of six wells are planned, with the potential for more.

• A frame agreement with Odfjell Drilling to support the latter’s drilling operations offshore Norway and the UK. Currently DSM currently supplies pre-lay and rig move equipment and services to theDeepsea Atlantic and Deepsea Bergen semisubmersibles, with the potential to serve further rigs.

• Engineering and rig moving services for Noble Drilling offshore Myanmar, where the semisubNoble Clyde Boudraux has started a contract with PTTEP.

• Adrilling campaign offshore Australia, where DSM will supply two pre-lay spreads including all mooring line inserts, engineering and rig move services. The project is expected to last for at least two years.

Vryhof Anchors will provide SOFEC with geotechnical services and drag embedment anchors for an oil and gas project offshore Malaysia.

Finally, Moorlink, a provider of connectors and mobile and permanent mooring solutions, has secured contracts in the drilling market.
