Under the three-year contract, PD&MS will provide engineering, procurement, and offshore construction services for upgrades to all the drilling facilities.
Scope includes life of field and BOP/well control upgrades, five-yearly re-certifications, and general drilling rig repair works. There are options to extend the contract by a further two years.
Previously the contractor worked on drilling upgrades on BP Norge’sUla platform in the Norwegian North Sea.
