CONSTANTA, Romania – GSP Offshore’s jackup GSP Saturn is expected to mobilize next May to the Pechora Sea in the southeastern part of the Russian sector of the Barents Sea.
The rig will work on theDolginskoye oil field, performing drilling, logging, completion, and testing of the North-Dolginskaya No. 3 well. Its contract runs for two years, with an option for another year.
GSP Jupiterwas originally booked to handle this assignment in 2013, but the initial contract with Gazpromneft-Sakhalin was postponed.
