LONDON – The drillship Maersk Venturer has started a four-year drilling campaign for Tullow Oil offshore Ghana.
Initially the vessel is operating on the Jubilee field. Tullow’s line-up for 2021 comprises two producer wells and one water injector on Jubilee and one gas injector on the TEN field.
Both fields, the company believes, could generate material cash flow over the next decade.
