LONDON – Houlder is supporting Subsea Micropiles adapt onshore micropiling technology to marine foundation and anchor solutions.
The company is providing marine operations and engineering to accelerate offshore deployment.
Subsea Micropiles is working on a robotic seabed drilling system to install and grout micropile anchor foundations. The system is designed to withstand substantial axial and horizontal loads with a stable and consistent connection point.
Mark Williamson, Energy Transition & Marine Operations Director, Houlder, said: “Subsea Micropiles can provide a single connection point on even the most complex of seabeds, even if the field profile changes considerably across many miles.”
