ABERDEEN, UK — Odfjell Technology has acquired Aberdeen-based McGarian TDC, a designer of whipstocks, casing and packer milling, fishing and remedial products.
The company will be integrated into Odfjell Technology’s Well Services division, strengthening the group’s capabilities in P&A.
