NPCC forms Middle East alliance with Petrojet

NPCC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Petrojet to jointly identify and execute new oil and gas projects in Egypt and elsewhere.

ABU DHABI, UAENPCC has signed a memorandum of understanding with Petrojet to jointly identify and execute new oil and gas projects in Egypt and elsewhere.

Since its formation in 1973, NPCC has worked on offshore and onshore oil and gas EPC projects for NOCs and IOCs in theMiddle East.

It currently employs more than 1,200 engineers at four engineering centers across Asia and Europe, and operates a 1.3-million sq ft (278,000-sq m) yard, claimed to be the largest in the Middle East/North Africa region, plus 22 offshore construction vessels.

Petrojet has operated in the sector since 1975.

In addition, NPCC has announced two senior appointments. Ahmed Al Dhaheri is the company’s new CEO, and Aqeel A. Madhi is the new vice-chairman and managing director.
