PETERHEAD, UK – ASCO has secured various North Sea contracts with a total value of more than £50 million ($69 million).
One North Sea operator has awarded ASCO a five-year extension to its current shorebase logistics, storage and waste management contract, operated out of the company’s supply base in Peterhead.
Nexen has extended by two years the company’s contract to provide shorebase, storage and waste services.
In this case it will collaborate with Nexen on various initiatives to lower production costs.
A contractor has awarded ASCO a three-year contract to support a drilling campaign in the North Sea, while another operator has handed the company a one-year contract for shorebase support.
In addition, ASCO will provide supply base support to a major operator for a P&A program until mid-year.
