    Devon Energy completes sale of Panyu field

    Devon Energy has completed the $515 million sale of its Panyu field offshore China to China National Offshore Oil Corp.

    OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma -- Devon Energy has completed the $515 million sale of its Panyu field offshore China to China National Offshore Oil Corp.

    According to the company, in 2009 the Panyu field produced about 12,000 b/d of oil.
