HOUSTON -- Logan Oil Tools has acquired Belgium-based Diamant Drilling Services (DDS). The company focuses on the design, manufacture, and application of fixed cutter diamond drill bits.
Gerald Hage will serve as CEO for the combined company, with Paul Deutch as MD of DDS and Affiliated Products.
