ABERDEEN, UK – Aberdeen-based energy services group ICR Integrity Ltd. has added Norwegian pipeline company Quickflange AS to its portfolio.
This acquisition follows the management-buyout of ICR in March, which was backed by Graphite Capital, a UK mid-market private equity specialist. It represents a new phase of growth for ICR, which already comprises Walker Technical, North East Corrosion Engineers, MOSS, and Chemical Injection Utilities.
Quickflange is a provider of connections for pipeline integrity and flow assurance, and specializes in weldless pipeline repair and rehabilitation. The company is headquartered in Stavanger; has a research and technology center in Tvedestrand; and offices in theUK, Brazil, and Dubai.
