NZOG takes stake in Cue Energy

New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) has agreed to acquire 19.99% of the shares in Cue Energy from Todd Petroleum Mining for $11.37 million.

WELLINGTON, New Zealand– New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) has agreed to acquire 19.99% of the shares in Cue Energy from Todd Petroleum Mining for $11.37 million.

One of the main attractions for NZOG is Cue’s 5% stake in theMaari field in license PMP 38160 in New Zealand’s offshore Taranaki basin.
