Offshore staff
MARSEILLE, France — BOURBON and Horizon Maritime have formed a new joint venture, Bourbon Horizon AS.
This will provide marine services and operations to the North Sea and Eastern Canadian offshore sectors, with locations in Fosnavåg, Norway, and St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
Its fleet will comprise seven offshore support vessels, five platform supply vessels, one large anchorhandler tug supply vessel with a work ROV, and a multipurpose supply vessel configured for subsea and trenching work.
The management team includes managing director Cliff Gaetz, Bjørn Remøy and senior operational leads Ståle Kyrkjedelen and Colin Doody.
In addition, Bourbon Horizon will offer ship management services to other shipowners in the industry.
