OSTEND, Belgium – Arne Stang Holding has agreed to acquire all shares in the NHV Group subsidiary Airlift Onshore.
The latter provides services for onshore and offshore visual site inspections through the combined use of helicopters and drones. It is also the holding company for Vertech Offshore and Airlift.
Based in Lillesand, Norway, Vertech Offshore provides flare tip replacements via a vertical reference flying technique.
Airlift, in Bringeland, Norway, has a fleet of 15 helicopters across Bringeland, Kinsarvik, Stranda, Bergen, and Tromsø.
