SHARJAH, UAE – Fabricator Lamprell has signed a joint venture agreement with Injazat to develop and market innovative digital solutions, mainly for the renewables and oil and gas markets.
They have agreed on initial funding of $7 million this year.
The 50-50 JV will be registered inside the Abu Dhabi Global Markets financial center, with directors to be appointed from both companies and independently.
