PARIS – TechnipFMC says its plans to split the group into two companies, TechnipFMC and Technip Energies, remains on track for completion, probably during 2Q 2020.
Technip Energies, the company said, would have around 15,000 employees serving the engineering and construction sectors, including opportunities in LNG.
It will be incorporated in the Netherlands but with headquarters in Paris and listed on the Euronext Paris exchange.
TechnipFMC (RemainCo), with around 22,000 employees, will be a fully-integrated technology and services provider, supporting companies by providing integrated production solutions.
It will remain incorporated in the UK, with headquarters in Houston and listed on both the NYSE and Euronext Paris exchange.
