Exceed managing offshore Guinea Bissau well campaign

ABERDEEN, UK – Exceed will provide comprehensive project management services for Guinea Bissau’s first deepwater exploration well, on behalf of operator Svenska Petroleum.

The work scope will include all front-end engineering planning, service procurement support, the logistical set-up, HSE management (including systems permitting), and operational execution of the well.

The $4-million, 12-month contract follows existing operations in the region that started late last year withFAR/Petronas’ first well offshore The Gambia.

Exceed is also negotiating exploration well projects for other clients in the West Africa region via a proposed multi-well campaign.
