    PERTH, Australia – Deep Sea Mooring (DSM) and Vryhof Anchors will provide mooring and anchoring services for Cooper Energy’s drilling programs offshore southeast Australia.

    The scope includes pre-lay mooring design and analysis from DSM for Diamond Offshore’s semisubmersibleOcean Monarch, with Vryhof supplying mooring and anchoring equipment and geotechnical support to Cooper for the selection of anchors for each offshore location, along with local back deck services and marine representation.

    TheOcean Monarch is working on Cooper’s current 10-well campaign in the Otway and Gippsland basins, due to finish in August.

    DSM/Vryhof’s equipment and anchor handling vessels will be based at Karratha, Western Australia, and at Port Melbourne.
