Two months after reaching the field, the vessel’s production team welded, scanned and field joint coated the final piece of pipe for the second 16-inch gas export pipeline.

Sandpiper is a flat-bottom, anchored barge for shallow-water offshore construction activities, purchased by Allseas in 2022 and upgraded for pipelaying in 2022/23.
