    SKUDENESHAVN, Norway — Solstad Offshore has won a new contract for the construction support vessel Normand Tonjer from an unnamed client.

    The 19-month firm program, with extension options, is due to start in April. Normand Tonjer is owned 55% by Solstad and 45% by other shareholders.
