SINGAPORE — Kim Heng Marine & Oilfield has entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to support Dyna-Mac Engineering Services on various offshore construction projects.
The MoU runs for two years and should automatically renew at the end of the term. It gives Dyna-Mac access to Kim Heng’s yard facilities, with agreed tariff rates for the entire term of the MoU.
Kim Heng provides engineering, procurement, construction and installation support for the offshore oil and gas, offshore renewable and marine sectors with two shipyards in Singapore providing a combined waterfront of 205 m.
Dyna-Mac will use its services to address FPSO vessel module fabrication requirements.
