HERTFORD, UKPJ Valves (PJV) has secured contracts for two new FPSO projects in the presalt Santos basin offshore Brazil, both operated by Petrobras.

The Buzios field FPSO is designed to process 225,000 b/d of oil and 12 MMcm/d of gas, with a water injection capacity of 250,000 b/d and storage for up to 1.4 MMbbl of crude.

PJV will provide various low- to high-pressure valves covering multiple topsides applications, from water services to oil and gas. These will be installed next year ahead of the planned delivery of the vessel in the second half of 2024.
