DOF, Norskan Offshore awarded multiple contracts with Petrobras

Petrobras has awarded new long-term charter and service contracts to Norskan Offshore Ltda. and DOF Subsea Serviços Brasil Ltda. for four vessels and ROVs.

BERGEN, Norway — Petrobras has awarded new long-term charter and service contracts to Norskan Offshore Ltda. and DOF Subsea Serviços Brasil Ltda. for four anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels and ROVs, according to a recent DOF Group news release.
The vessels, Skandi Angra, Skandi Paraty, Skandi Urca and Skandi Fluminense (AHTS 18000 class), are operating for Petrobras and equipped with DOF Subsea’s work-class ROVs. The vessels have been contracted for three years firm with two-years options with Petrobras.
The gross value of the contracts is about $260 million. Planned commencement is scheduled for fourth-quarter 2022.
