Three Solstad subsea vessels secure contracts

SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – Solstad Offshore ASA has received contract awards for three of its subsea vessels (CSV).

The Normand Australis has won a 150-day firm contract for walk to work services on an offshore wind project in Asia. The contract will start in March 2022.

The Normand Cutter has a 110-day firm contract for a cable project in northern Europe that will start this month.

The Normand Fortress has a 180-day firm contract for walk to work services on an offshore wind project in northern Europe. The contract will start in April 2023.

The contracts have a combined value of about NOK 175 million ($20 million).

Solstad said it continues to see an increase in demand for CSVs from the renewable energy clients, both in Europe and Asia.
