SKUDENESHAVN, Norway – Wintershall Dea has contracted Solstad Offshore’s platform supply vessel Normand Serenade to support drilling operations by the semisubmersible Deepsea Aberdeen off Norway.

This is a call off from an existing frame agreement: the contract will start in 1Q 2021 and comprises two firm wells plus options for five further wells.

Under another frame agreement involving Solstad, Aker BP will take the PSV Normand Arctic for three months plus potentially three more for work in the Norwegian sector, starting in February 2021.
