OSLO, Norway – Pandion Energy has agreed to acquire a 10% interest from Wintershall Norge in license PL 820S in the Norwegian North Sea.
This covers blocks 25/7 and 8, north-northwest of the Balder and Ringhorne fields operated byPoint Resources.
MOL Norge operates the license, which was awarded under Norway’s 2015 APA round, in partnership with Lundin Norway and Wintershall. An exploration well is set to be drilled next year.
