DOHA -- The first annual Offshore Middle East Conference and Exhibition (OME) Oct. 28 – 30 in Doha, Qatar is an exciting new event for the Gulf region, delivering new opportunities, unique information, and lessons learned for those in the offshore oil and gas arena.
