Quadrant to acquire Finder’s stakes in offshore Western Australia permits

WEST PERTH, Australia – Finder Exploration has entered a sales and purchase agreement with Quadrant Oil Australia.

This concerns Finder’s interests in four exploration permits in the Bedout sub-basin, 130 km (81 mi) offshoreWestern Australia, namely:

WA-435-P – 20%

WA-436-P – 30%

WA-437-P – 20%

WA-438-P – 30%.

These include the 2014Phoenix South oil discovery and last year’s Roc wet gas discovery.
