SINGAPORE – Development drilling has been completed in the Wassana oil field in the G10/48 license offshore Thailand, according to KrisEnergy.
Thirteen producer wells and one water disposal well are onstream. Production at the Wassana field reached a peak of 12,800 b/d of oil during 1Q.
Elsewhere in the Gulf of Thailand, the company says production through the B8/32 and B9A oil and gas complex was boosted by an increase in wireline zonal recompletions.
Oil production averaged 29,240 b/d in 1Q and gas production has held steady at 148 MMcf/d, the highest since June 2012.
Five new development wells were drilled last month and two more this month.
