    The Odfjell Drilling-operated semisubmersible Deepsea Yantai has spudded Dugong, Neptune Energy’s first operated exploration well in the northern Norwegian North Sea since its Duva discovery in 2016. The prospect is 158 km (98 mi) west of the coastal town of Florø in a water depth of 330 m (1,082 ft), and close to the Snorre field production facilities. Its reservoir is at a subsurface depth of 3,250 to 3,400 m (10,663-11,155 ft).
