Aker Solutions to deliver gravity base structure for Sakhalin-1

Exxon Neftegas has awarded Aker Solutions contracts totaling $600 million for the design, construction, and delivery of the Arkutun-Dagi gravity base structure (GBS) for the Sakhalin-1 project.

OSLO -- Exxon Neftegas has awarded Aker Solutions contracts totaling $600 million for the design, construction, and delivery of the Arkutun-Dagi gravity base structure (GBS) for the Sakhalin-1 project.
Once completed, the GBS will be located offshore Sakhalin Island on the east coast of Russia and will be a part of the drilling and production facilities for the Arkutun-Dagi development, a future phase of Sakhalin-1.
