Former C-suite leads
After nearly 13 years with the company, Tim Duncan stepped down from his role as president and CEO at the end of August 2024, which is when Joseph A. Mills began serving as interim president and CEO. Mills resigned Jan. 6 of this year.
As of Feb. 4, no updates have been made to Duncan's LinkedIn page about the next chapter of his career. He has, however, been serving as a board member of Expand Energy since February 2021.
