ABERDEEN, UK – EnQuest has awarded Petrofac two contracts for work on platforms in the UK central North Sea.
Petrofac will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services and duty holder support services on the Heather, Thistle,Northern Producer, and EnQuest Producerfacilities.
The contracts have a combined value of around $300 million and the O&M contract lasts for up to five years. They replace the duty holder responsibilities Petrofac previously held on the Heather, Thistle and Northern Producer platforms, and add support on the FPS vesselEnQuest Producer, which will soon be deployed on EnQuest’s Alma/Galia development.
Petrofac will supply core operations and maintenance assistance and other services including integrity, IT, emergency response, logistics, audit, and metering support.
