WEST PERTH, Australia –Oilex Ltd., as operator for block 06-103 in the Timor Sea Joint Petroleum Development Area, has logged Wavefield Inseis to conduct a 1,657- sq km (640-sq mi) 3D seismic survey in 1Q 2008.
Wavefield Inseis plans to use theGeowave Champion on the survey, and plans to be finished by mid-2008.
Oilex has a 25% stake. Gujarat Petroleum Corp., Bharat Petroleum, and Videocon Industries each also hold 25%.
