LONDON -- Fugro Robertson has won a contract to reprocess seismic data from two exploration licenses offshore Morocco.
The work involves reprocessing of 1,500 km (932 mi) of 3D data on the Foum Draa permit and 2,000 sq km (772 sq mi) of 2D data on Sidi Moussa licenses. San Leon is the operator, Serica Energy technical operator, with Longreach Oil and Gas also holding a 10% interest.
Results will tie in data from existing wells on the licenses, including RAK 1 and Ifni Marine 1. According to Longreach, the work should be completed by mid-2011.
