OSLO, Norway – Golar LNG has confirmed that first production of LNG has started from the floating LNG vesselHilli Episeyooffshore Cameroon.
Another floating LNG vessel,Golar Gandria has been removed from lay-up and is now at Keppel Shipyard in Singapore.
Golar has an arrangement to deploy this vessel for theFortuna LNG project offshore Equatorial Guinea, pending a final investment decision by the Ophir Energy-led partnership.
