NCOC contracts Wood Group for Kazakh offshore studies

Wood Group will perform an engineering study for North Caspian Operating Company's facilities in Kazakhstan.

ABERDEEN – Wood Group has secured a new framework agreement to perform study engineering for North Caspian Operating Company's (NCOC) offshore and onshore facilities in Kazakhstan.
Currently Wood Group is working on the concept and pre-FEED for the Kalamkas-Khazar co-development project in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.
The company also has a multi-year engineering, procurement and construction contract to support operations at the shallow-waterKashagan field via its joint venture, PSN KazStroy JSC.
