LONDON – EnQuest has completed the acquisition of a package of interests from BP in the Shetland area.
These include an initial 25% stake in the producing Magnus oil field; 3.0% of the Sullom Voe Oil terminal and supply facility on Shetland; and additional interests in associated infrastructure from BP.
EnQuest now operates both Magnus and SVT.
