Trestakk project cleared for start-up preparations

Equinor has approval from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority to use the Trestakk field pipeline and subsea production facilities in the Norwegian Sea.

OSLO, Norway – Equinor has approval from Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority to use the Trestakk field pipeline and subsea production facilities in the Norwegian Sea.
The field, 20 km (12.4 mi) south of Åsgard in license 091, is due to come onstream later this year through a subsea template with four well slots and a satellite well. Production will head to theÅsgard A platform for processing and gas injection.
