PARIS – Total (NYSE:TOT; Paris: FP FP) has completed installation of the new AGMN platform for its Anguille field redevelopment offshore Gabon.
The platform is ready to accommodate the drilling rigSetty to start drilling the 21 wells for the Phase 3 program.
Fabrication of 14,000 metric tons (15,432 tons) of pipe was completed in Italy for the 18-in. (45-cm)gas line connecting the Anguille and Torpille fields. The pipe is being shipped to Gabon.
The new TRM 33 well on Torpille came onstream at end-March, with the current focus on the TNEM 05 well on Torpille Nord-Est.
