Offshore staff
CALGARY, Canada – Talisman Energy (TSX:TLM) says the HST/HSD field development offshore Vietnam is progressing on schedule and on budget.
Two of the platform jackets have been installed, and development drilling and pipeline tie-ins are in progress.
First production is set for 2Q 2013.
