Offshore staff
PARIS –INPEX Corp. has awarded Technip a €210 million ($275 million) contract for offshore commissioning at the Ichthys LNG project offshore Western Australia in the Browse basin. The work centers on the FPSO and central processing facility.
Technip’s operating center in Perth, Australia, will execute the contract starting immediately, which is planned to be completed following the delivery of first gas from the Ichthys LNG Pproject in 4Q 2016.
Technip already won contracts for engineering and procurement assistance on theFPSO topsides and also flexible pipe supply.
