COPENHAGEN, Denmark – Maersk Oil UK has contracted Ramboll Oil & Gas to provide detailed design for the Culzean wellhead platform jacket in the UK central North Sea.
Ramboll’s scope also takes in associated piles and sea-fastenings. The platform will be fixed in 90 m (296 ft) of water, the largest substructure the company has designed to date for theNorth Sea.
Culzean is a high-pressure/high-temperature gas/condensate field 242 km (145 mi) east of Aberdeen.
