ABERDEEN, UK – TAQA Bratani has extended its services contract with Wood Group PSN in the UK North Sea by a further five years.
Wood Group PSN will continue to provide operations and maintenance support, and engineering and construction services to TAQA's Cormorant Alpha, North Cormorant, Tern, and Eider platforms in the far north of the sector.
The contract is a continuation of the previous Duty Holder and integrated facility management services contract awarded to Wood Group in November 2008.
Leo Koot, managing director of TAQA Bratani, said of Wood PSN: “Their understanding of the TAQA assets will be a vital in targeting the next level of operational efficiency from our mature installations.”
Around 600 Wood Group PSN personnel are involved - 200 onshore and 400 offshore.
